Your scores are math, not AI.
Every score here is deterministic: each control blends design and adherence on a fixed weighting, category and overall scores are weighted sums, and peer benchmarks are banded, k-anonymous aggregates. The same answers always produce the same score, and the weights are visible on every control. The roadmap’s ranking works the same way. Items are ordered by exactly how much closing each one moves your score.
AI is off by default for every organization. An admin can turn it on in Settings (a consent to send that content to our AI subprocessor, Anthropic) and off again anytime. When enabled, it does four specific jobs, always as a labeled draft for your review and never as an authority: policy tailoring, remediation drafting, assessment auto-fill, and policy analysis. Every request is consent-checked, quota-limited, and PHI-screened in code.
